A Pop-Up (temporary) Café for Chelsea!
Last year CFM received a generous donation from Mascoma Bank that allowed us to improve the basic infrastructure of our market with new tents & equipment for entertainers and prepared food vendors.
Each week a different local prepared food vendor reserves the space and equipment to provide sit-down or take-home food (the vendor chooses the food). CFM provides tents (kitchen and eating), tables, picnic tables, chafing dishes, compostable plates, cups, ‘silverware’, tablecloths, napkins … everything required for the food vendor to be chef-for-a-day.
Simply book a date, come in for one day (or more often), and provide dinner (eat-in or take-out) for market-goers and vendors.

Customers will be able to sit under the shade of the Red Café tent or take food into the sunshine at one of the other tables. To-go boxes will be available to take food home.
